Since all our offered products are digital contents that can be downloaded, a refund is basically not possible. A refund is only possible in rare cases where the product has not yet been downloaded after purchase and the order was placed by mistake, or unauthorized. We do not accept refunds or exchange on computer software due to copyright and licensing restrictions.


In exceptional cases, the developer of the product or Flightsim may allow a refund as a gesture of goodwill. This depends on the individual case and is not an obligation of the developer, nor of Flightsim.to. If any products purchased from this website is faulty, damaged or not fit for its usual purpose please contact our customer support team for details.


How to get a refund? 

Flightsim is strives to offer you the best possible customer experience. If you have problems using or installing a purchased product, please contact the product developer first. The Customer Service team of the product developer can help you most efficiently with your inquiry, and provide solutions to solve your issues. Open My Purchases and click on the Customer Support button to get the developer's support e-mail address. In your e-mail, state the Order reference and the issues you are facing with the product. Please allow the developer up to 48 hours to look into your issue. 


Only if the developer was not able to solve the problem, you can ask Flightsim for a refund. Contact us and give us all necessary details, including a detailed description on which facts you base your refund request, and attach your correspondance with the product developer. Rest assured that we will ensure that you are not paying for anything that you cannot use, but however, this requires your cooperation with us as well - a refund is only possible if the product is significantly defective.
