  • All support inquiries relating to your orders on Flightsim are replied to within 48 hours.

  • If there are problems with a product, we put you in direct contact with the developer of the product so that you can directly contact them with your questions and problems.

  • In every case, we will take all reasonable steps to help you with any product offered on this platform. If we and the developer of the product are not able to help you, we will ensure that you are not paying for something that you cannot use. However, this requires that you are willing to cooperate in such cases as well.

  • Flightsim will not include any semi-finished, early-access or only partially useful products on its platform and will ensure in quality controls that all products offered on our platform meet a certain quality standard to meet the expectations of our valued customers.
